Re: How long to process signitures.
In my case, in the first "home made" test, that i posted in Wilders' as can be seen from my posts, they added the missing samples from 12 to 48 hours later. ( i had uploaded about 80 samples i think). I think that in this period apart from workload, they might have less reflexes because it's a chine...

Re: Show your settings
I just use defaults + Registry hi-Prot and registry run key. No extended definitions for me, it already is enough false positive-prone.

Re: The full history of Filseclab EDITING
I am not sure i understood what this is about. You mean that you intend to write the history of Filseclab as an antivirus company? That would be very interesting!

Oh, i did nothing Zetelo, other than a small promo in Wilders'. The idea of "officializing" the "twestee" never crossed my mind. It was all your doing!

Re: PCSL Total Protection Testing Report (2009 NO.1)
Yep. Personally, i am not very sure on how good Twister would be with "old" (>2 years) malware, since i don't think they were very active in the past, but for recent malware, i think they can stand next to other, more famous AVs.

Re: Twister's result on SSUpdater's "Do it yourself" test!
"Left files" are files that are missed by Twister during on-demand scanning. Although the Twister missed six files the result Twister achieved is exceptional. Twister has achieved better result than Avira, Kaspersky, NOD32, Avast, Norton etc ... According to information from others who are out this...

Re: Twister's result on SSUpdater's "Do it yourself" test!
Hi to everyone! I tested Twister and Avira using legendary SSUpdater's "Do it yourself" 500 malware test. Here are results: Twister - Scanned: 618 files; Infected: 514; Left after removal: 6; Score: 98.8% Avira - Scanned: 639 files; Infected: 541; Left after removal: 11 files; Score: 97.8% Congratu...

Re: Propose enhancements for Twister!
I completely agree with Miyagi. I don't want to see Twisters going "on the clouds". Making the FDD better should be the answer.

Re: The name Twister
Yes, it's a cyclone-tornado thing. And Twister should take advantage of the logo! The tray icon should be substituted ASAP! The current blue/red (when scanning) icon should be replaced by a cyclone/whirling cyclone (when scanning). Currently the twister-tornado appears nowhere as icon on the UI!
